Blue Horizon

Under new ownership in 2022, the property, then known as Bananaquit, was to undergo a transformation. The new direction required that both main house and guest wing be reduced to shells and brought back in the image visualized by the owners and prolific design duo of IDC and Andrew Goodenough. The vision also included a new back of house utility building and expanded water storage. No built structure on the property was left untouched in this reno. The general contractor chosen based on track record was Square One Ltd.
